Ian Clark

Ian founded Megkom to bridge next generation telecommunications technologies with business fundamentals. Ian has over 15 years industry experience offering a unique combination of leadership, analytical and hands-on skills. His depth of operational understanding stems from technical, sales, marketing and business development positions from Bell Canada and Nortel, Canada's leading global telecommunications companies. 

Ian has provided sales and business development consultancy services in Scandinavia and the Baltic Region for the following companies;

  • BCRI (CA) - Client Nortel Networks
  • IPnett (NO)
  • Podium Vision (FR)
  • Branching Out Europe Ltd (UK) - Clients Meriton Networks, Aria Networks and Cube Optics

His skill set within next generation voice, data, wireless and optical networks allow him to effectively deliver immediate value to Megkom customers.

Wayne Clark

Wayne has over 35 years of telecommunications experience within the Global Telecommunications sector. Wayne has been exposed to all technical areas related to switching, training and OSP disciplines in both field and support departments. Strong project management skills, customer interface and adaptability to new environments are a proven asset. 

Wayne has provided  extensive OSP consultancy services in the Middle East, Philippines and Canada roles he has held include;

  • OSP Consultant to KMOC (MOTAC) project with Lucent (DU)
  • Manager OSP Engineering, HOI (SA)
  • Manager OSP Engineering, Lucent Technologies (SA)
  • Project Manager, Nortel Networks (PH)

His skill set within Outside Plant (OSP) projects are focused on Greenfield and competitive service provider deployments.
